experience no connectivity

I recently swapped from Vodacom to MTN to improve signal strength. From the 1st August 2020 I experience no connectivity although ample airtime is available on the system the GSM System status indicate 0 min airtime.
Please advice if anyone experience similar situation?

Good Afternoon George

Please make sure that there is enough airtime and data on the sim.
Also make sure that you changed the device number in "Gcom settings" if you are using the online portal.
Then use the 'save settings' and 'update device' options and follow the instructions.
