What Action uses the Airtime up? How can I stop it?

In "Missed Call" mode only alarm and command acknowledgement SMS's will use airtime. Data costs are incurred for time synchronizing every 24 hours but this should be less than R0.01 per day. Downloading the access list to the device will also use data but again depending on size should not be more than R0.05 / download. Your device will generate a status report on the 1st day of every month to keep your SIM card alive and prevent the service provider from cancelling the SIM after 3 months of inactivity.

In your case I see that you have setup for a status report SMS to be sent to Recipient 1 at 12:00 every day. If you delete the time on your config setup then no report will be sent, this can save up to R2.00 per day in airtime.
